Cloze Relationship Management App Reviews

So far I absolutely love the app!! Ive been using it for about 3 or 4 days. Definitely going to subscribe.

I love cloze, and its unique among personal CRM apps - theres nothing else out there that comes close. However, it has two major issues that hamper my workflow quite a bit, and keep me on the free version: 1. The teams function doesnt work at all. Its a fantastic personal CRM but do not upgrade it to the professional plan that supposedly supports team members. It will duplicate all of the companies in your database and end up making a giant mess of itself. I understand that theyre attempting to separate organization and private contacts, but te real-works result of this is, unfortunately, unusable, despite the fact that I really, really wanted to use and work with this feature. ?Youve been warned! (Edit: it looks like, while they havent admitted it, they realize the functionality is poor and are currently beta testing a more streamlined, all-in-one team view. Nice) 2. It doesnt support email searching for IMAP emails. At all. So once youve archived an email from your inbox, its gone for good unless you remember who sent it. Cloze does have a lot of search options, but they gloss over the glaring fact that this is missing. That means, when you need to search for an email (not a contact, but a specific email) you have to open a separate IMAP client to find it. Very frustrating for someone who uses all IMAP emails like me, because I have to open a separate client every other day or so for something that absolutely should be built into a CRM. Issue number two is sometimes made worse because Cloze groups email threads based on subject. So one has to manually expand a bunch of threads to find an email, because, again, no IMAP search! ? Both of these major issues (and the fact that the app is rarely updated, see app changelog) really hamper what could be the best CRM for SMBs. Heres hoping these issues are fixed at some point. In the meantime, I downgraded to the free plan. If IMAP search makes an appearance, I will gladly become a pro customer again, and never use another email client! Heres hoping ?

This tool allows you to manage all your accounts and key contacts in one place! It reminds you when you havent spoke to a contact in awhile tracks where you spend your time, maintains your notes, etc.. everything you need in a CRM

Great productivity tool. Very useful.

I wasnt sure what to expect. It is surprisingly good. An assistant that keeps you organized and on top of your clients, potentials, etc

In a nutshell: Cloze is indispensable for business people who need to build and maintain relationships, while gaining valuable insights across a wide range of analytics. Very useful.

This app helps remind me to reach out - keeps me up to date on people I care about. Such a joy to use!

I was looking for an app that would integrate all my email accounts; keep track of contacts, to-dos, and recurring projects; send me reminders; and integrate with my calendar and Evernote. This does all that and more (even keeps track of my phone calls, and can do the same with social media but I havent decided on connecting those yet). Plus, it: tells me if and when someone opens an email I sent them; has mail merge functionality, allowing me to send personalized emails in bulk; and prompts me to reach out to someone I have not been in contact with for a while. Great for small business owner and for just generally staying organized and on task.

I am loving this CRM software! I wish you could track payments for each client somehow but the fact that this is so automated is just genius!

I rarely love apps - but I cant get over how cool this app is. It helps coordinate my emails from jobs into To Do Tasks and keeps everything together even view files ive sent or received from people. Can even include team members. Its incredibly easy to use and the web browser version looks same very consistent!

It is the best CRM I have found. I want to learn to use it to the fullest. It is perfect for me and my business.

Fantastic tool with excellent design. Really helps keep all relationships on track and organize sales as well.

Cloze has amazing potential and I really wanted to love it. But it is just too weird and incompatible. It doesnt sync with any of your other contact managers, so creates yet an other isolated silo of information. And it has very weird conventions. For example, if one of your contacts is listed as President of ABC Co., unless her address contains a abcco.com, Cloze insists she has no affiliation (yes, really). Cloze doesnt recognize any of the groups you may have created in Google contacts or elsewhere. You need to start over. And it automatically scrapes your emails and adds every new contact it finds, whether you want it to or not - even junk email.

Just recently downloaded Cloze and I love it. Best app so far for managing your contacts. If you are In sales, definitely an app to have.

Not a guy who generally reacts to software for management of emails etc. That said, the product is great! Would be nice if they added a calendar view.....
