Cloze Relationship Management App Reviews

The reason Im giving this app three stars because I want more for this app. Its pretty cool dont get me wrong but it would be really cool if the app had set up meetings for individuals with out back and forth talk with confirm time and place.

So far Im very impressed. Im still learning but I see this product as really working for my Tupperware Business. Definitely worth the investment.

Ive used and worked with many CRM solutions in the past. Im very impressed with the functionality of both Cloze in the cloud and the iPhone app. Its fantastic to have so much functionality under one umbrella and have it work well.

I am fairly new to consistently using a CRM and Cloze is a very easy to use app. Its my personal accountability partner.

Still on the free trial and still contemplating if Id like the year subscription just wish it was less than a $100.00.

Ive spent about two weeks on trial accounts with at least 15 different CRM or contact management apps and it actually took me awhile to find Cloze on CRM comparison websites. It may not fit the power user but has some unique features not found in most of the other apps Ive tried. Cloze is great for building relationships, reconnecting (and reminding you) with contacts youve been out of touch with and just a great tool built around relationships and keeping track of tasks, deals and appointments. Its a joy to use and has great social media integration. It has two way email sync and tracking. I found the amount of information it populates the system with amazing and I hope the company continues to develop and refine it.

This really works! Great for my busy life of network marketing and non-profit co-founder! If you have a thousand things in a thousand places for a thousand people, you NEED this app! Connects to Facebook, Evernote, your contacts, etc! Organize your life!

Loving this app. No more hunting for what you are looking for. All of my emails and calls are now magically organized around my customers. And somehow Cloze found a deadline buried in my inbox and reminded me about it - cool!

The best app to aggregate and act on the relationship data from all of the tools I already use (for me, Twitter, Gmail and calendar, Yahoo! Mail, Evernote, DropBox, Facebook) with minimal data entry required! Unlike a corporate CRM system that is the property of your employer and makes you do all the data entry, this app extracts data from apps you already use and then maintains the relationship data in the cloud across all devices and over your career across different employers - and it aims to deliver productivity to you, not management data to a boss or a corporation. I love the EverNote integration because it makes it so easy to find any notes for a contact or company, and makes the notes available across all my devices - even my iPhone where I dont have EverNote installed. I also use the app email client to send email whenever I want to track whether my target opened the email, and also tag a reminder to follow up if the person doesnt respond to my email. I also share data with a coworker on contacts at a few accounts we both target. In the rare event that I cant find a communication by the contact or company name, I find the search incredibly useful - so much faster than email search, or search in any of the individual apps that feed Cloze. The new analytics and reports are very useful! I use Cloze constantly each work day and it is well worth the money!

Great app. This really helps someone like me with remembering to contact folks back. Plus so much more. Its worth a try.

This is the best CRM App!

Im owner of silent A photography and have just hired my first employee. This app is absolutely amazing and is changing my life every day! I never write reviews yet I am so very grateful for this app that I had to. If you run a small business and couldnt imagine my life with out it!

Excellent. Changed my productivity.

I was testing both saleforceiq and this app simultaneous. While they both have similar features and some differences, Cloze allowed me to get started immediately with a full contact synced and flows. I am still working on setting predefined follow up periods, but really like the app so far.

This is the relationship management app I’ve always wanted. Zero data entry - logs my emails, meetings, calls and notes automatically. Automatic reminders keep me on track. Killer app all around. Love love love.
