Loving this app. No more hunting for what you are looking for. All of my emails and calls are now magically organized around my customers. And somehow Cloze found a deadline buried in my inbox and reminded me about it - cool!

I love this app. Very useful to be on track with every communicative need...

The search function misses items all the time, even if searched from many angles. It seems to want to handle only a few dozen or low hundred number of contacts. After 30 years, I have a few thousand. It just seems to be early stage, like when spreadsheets first came out. There was only a certain amount of data or complexity they could handle. This type of software must be 100% reliable if it is to be leaned on. It is not. I suppose it has features that could be used on occasion, maybe even worth the price. But for what it is intended, no. In this case, if youre relatively new to your job field or a new company, and have a straightforward, modest number of contacts, projects, etc., this may very well work well. However, overlaying on an existing, large set of contacts, projects, etc. not so much.

Wow this has everything you need to keep all records of communication with contacts

This is the app I have waited for my whole life. As a small business owner it is fantastic!!!

Ive been paying for Cloze for months. I like its features a lot, but its very slow. It takes a long time to launch, and the interface feels like a website more than a native app.

The best app to aggregate and act on the relationship data from all of the tools I already use (for me, Twitter, Gmail and calendar, Yahoo! Mail, Evernote, DropBox, Facebook) with minimal data entry required! Unlike a corporate CRM system that is the property of your employer and makes you do all the data entry, this app extracts data from apps you already use and then maintains the relationship data in the cloud across all devices and over your career across different employers - and it aims to deliver productivity to you, not management data to a boss or a corporation. I love the EverNote integration because it makes it so easy to find any notes for a contact or company, and makes the notes available across all my devices - even my iPhone where I dont have EverNote installed. I also use the native email client to send email whenever I want to track whether my target opened the email, and also tag a reminder to follow up if the person doesnt respond to my email. I also share data with a coworker on contacts at a few accounts we both target. In the rare event that I cant find a communication by the contact or company name, I find the search incredibly useful - so much faster than email search, or search in any of the individual apps that feed Cloze. I use Cloze constantly each work day and it is well worth the money!

This app literally saved my business. Our e-mail host deleted our accounts when we requested a new e-mail address be added on. A friend had turned me onto this app a couple weeks before and because Cloze automatically imports your e-mails, calls, events, and other apps you sync, I had most of my essential data inside! That alone sold me, but it is also super user friendly, convenient, and perfect for the on-the-go manager or road warrior. Dont have time to enter your activity on the road? Dont worry! This app logs all your email and phone activity automatically! Simply add notes at the end of the day. Absolutely the best CRM available!

3/4/17- Update- I love it that I can follow up on my prospects seamlessly. But if someone calls me and I dont know the name, I dont have a way of searching the individual by his phone number. It would be perfect if i could search a person by name and by phone number. Right now, I will give it 4 stars, so hopefully the developers will add this feature. When that happens, I will be most happy to give it more than 5 stars if possible ? First Review--I am still new in this and still playing with it. I like the thought that I dont have to switch from one app to the other.

I have done salesforce.com and used insightly. Cloze is a good alternative that is very intuitive and easy to interface.

I thought about hiring a personal assistant but now thats a long ways away!

Great concept, shot by poor execution. Crashes a lot.

They do everything they promise and provide a quick and great support, even for free version users.

Nice Idea and best experience I had so far in Mail + Social Apps. Still needs time to improve. A couple of minor interface bugs and some missing productivity improvements… I will keep an close eye and update the review.

This app is a stupid client to the "service" Cloze. The app therefore sends all your data through their servers sonewhere. All your mails, Facebook, Twitter, you name it. Privacy nightmare!
