One of the best CRMs I have used, missing a few features here and there but overall you are getting a really robust system.

This app handles everything a business could ever need to organize there projects. From email to calendar to contacts and more this app incorporates everything.

I cant imagine running my business now without this app. It synchronizes so easily with contacts, emails, and telephone calls. Definitely worth every penny. Whenever there has been a question Ive gotten a great response on support requests. This is an app that will make you look good when youre speaking with your clients and you know exactly whats going on.

This app is a Game Changer. This is a brilliant way to keep track of everything all in one place. Solves a lot of my problems.

App requires "valid" account for use but wont accept log in credentials from yahoo, gmail microsoft, etc. Waste of time.

Now I have to reset my Google password. Thanks a lot. >:(

If you are looking for an app that will help you organize your emails like a personal assistant will do! This is the app. I would have rated the app 5 stars but because your are limited in adding only 3 emails and you will not get the full experience of the app unless you buy the full version.

Did I tell you I love Cloze? I love Cloze! It helps keep me on top of my game! In my profession, I must keep regular contact with over 150 people. Building relationships takes coordination and consistency. Cloze allows me to do that on autopilot. Its a tickler system that tickles automatically! It reminds me of my last conversation(s) so that I am prepared when I make a next contact. People think I have a great memory; nope, I have Cloze! I can send personalized mail to many people at once! I can schedule when to send an email so that it likely will land at the top of the recipients inbox. The only data entry required is adding a person to the system. Thats it! I recommend this to everyone I meet that needs a virtual assistant and/or a way to keep on top of many relationships. I give it 5+ stars!

Seems to be awesome in how it keeps everything together in one place. Only started using it a few days ago, but am impressed. Will add additional reviews as I get more into it.

Love using this app. Automatically goes through your emails to add contacts and links the social media profiles. Very useful for business meetings. Wish some of these features are available for premium: 1. Keyword based push notifications. App takes a bit of time to load and sync your data when opened. If there is an option for is to enter a keyword ( lets say someones name or company name from which we are waiting to get an email ). If the server can push those emails immediately and sort and tag those emails later in the background would be great. 2. Read receipt block : if the service can identify the emails with read receipt tracking and block them 3. Meeting organizer

Gathers together everything you do in correspondence and relationship management in one convenient place. Cloze becomes more valuable with every passing day. Indispensable for any smartphone owner. Terrific app!

Not doubt, the actual usefulness of Cloze is leaps ahead of other, even startup, CRMs out there. Best part? The freaking iOS app works and doesnt crash when youre interacting with that, you know, CUSTOMER. Plus the app has 90% of the desktop functionality fully synced.

Pulls all relevant info into a central place. Mobile-first design makes sales tracking easy anywhere.

Lets just get way more integrations. This thing is amazing but the big switch going from one crm to another is painful. Figure out how we can integrate project management tools like Basecamp and youve got a dominate CRM that we didnt know we needed.

This is the relationship management app I’ve always wanted. Zero data entry - logs my emails, meetings, calls and notes automatically. Automatic reminders keep me on track. Killer app all around. Love love love.

As Director of Technical Services and then Effective and Efficiency Facilitator for the University of Tennessee Martin for 32 years, Cloze is by far the best Productivity App Ive ever used. The amount of automation it uses to tame your Communications, Project Management, and Manage your Customer Relationships is astounding! While its Cost is only ~$150.00 per year, its value is priceless!
