Finally something I can use!

Im in real estate - this app is amazing for helping me keep everything in line

Too often I get a great program that has versatility and amazing bells and whistles, but only if I use the words the designer uses and run my life like the designer lives hers. Cloze lets me use my words, my time frames, my frameworks. Its very helpful.

Cant add or edit information easily. Contacts need to be imported from another source.

Like the app a lot and the info it brings together. Would love to see ShareFile added to the cloud file share offerings. Other than that I think it is already helping me a lot.

F from the start. This app would not work from the very beginning. No matter what app or email account etc. I tried to log into in order to began using this app, it would not work. It kept telling me that my user name and or password was incorrect it WAS correct. You get 1 star only because I could not give you less.

Agree with the review that said it kept saying wrong passwords. The only thing wrong app is this app! Waste of time.

I wish I had this app 7 years ago. Absolutely great for staying in touch with past potential and previous clients. Fantastic for managing the stages of engagement too.

That may sound contradictory but 5 means its great. This it is. I could honestly replace the iOS of the iphone at least the Phone, email, facebook, and calendar apps. I love how I can manage my busienss deals, see the flow of our conversations, and really do all from one app. How can it improve. My realistic suggestions are this, soemtimes I want to simply maintain relationships that have nothing to do with business, and theres not an option for simply friends. I had to choose member, prospect, or some other business term which they werent. In future versions please allow an option for other and we can label that category how we see fit. Also on the app, If I add a new contact and a to do fucntion to it they keyboard blocks the selections. Please fix that. If it could record text history but also manage my dating apps so I can post and respond to those it woul be perfection. If it logged texts too! And showed the last few facebook posts of my friends tha would be great! Otherwise its Excellent. Could be faster too.

Cloze is one of those apps that I wish I had a long time ago. It does everything it says and more! Its great to keep track of personal and vocational details that you just dont want to think about!

As half of a 2-person consulting firm, we have found tremendous value in Cloze. Awesome for tracking each contact. Because we can share contacts (an added bonus function) we can each be up-to-date on stakeholders. Alex, with Cloze, has provided extensive and reliable service from the time we took a trial run to 8 months later, always open to questions and continually improving the product. Weve recommended Cloze to all of our small business friends.

App syncs flawlessly and keeps me organized.

Cryptic error messages. Need to sign in every time to do anything (not very convenient when mobile). Cluttered GUI.

Great CrM with a lot of automated tasks and reminders, something big players like SFDC and others could take a page from for their mobile experiences.

Downloaded, and my initial reaction is wow! Still got some exploring to do, but it looks very helpful.

Just purchased a yearly subscription after 14 day free trial. I am really impressed. I love how it finds contacts from old emails and captures any changes automatically from signatures. Hopefully the devs will continue making improvements in the future. Please build an integration with Telzio.

This is the perfect relationship management power tool for connectors, networkers and any professional that cares about keeping and nurturing relationships. A must have!
