Cloze Relationship Management App Reviews

I love this app from the second I opened it and started importing my contacts. I work with CRM systems daily. For a couple companies. And I hated uploading my hard earned relationships into a corporate CRM, but thats all I had access to. This app took my 2500+ contacts and allowed me to build my own Follow up / Engagement Campaign. This is huge in my business of Residential Mortgages. My only draw back are the corky bugs I.E. If in in the app and phone call comes through. App crashes after return. Photos every so often appear on different contacts, but adjust back when you open the contact. Through me off a couple times. Never the less over all great app and is destined to be perfect. They should also add customizable emails templates. Making follow up button easier.

Very well thought through. Ive only scratched the surface of how this app can help me and its already helping me. A+ for Cloze

I downloaded the app for one of my clients who is struggling with too many emails and I have to say its probably one of the easiest to use and most useful applications ive seen

Does everything promised and is really several apps rolled into one, with seamless integration.

Ive tried several relationship tools. This one works seamlessly good and smooth. Ive tried bigger ones such as Salesforce, and this one is way better.

I love the features and integration of this app. It does exactly what it says it will do. I couldnt care less about the social media aspect of it. Relationships and the tracking of those is whats important to me. Keeps me on track with little effort of my own. Awesome app!

I tried this at request of our management, in concept its an amazing tool, with amazing capabilities so I believe that Cloze is onto something that others may follow in time. However its just too busy doing too much at once adaptability depending on the user demographic of your firm could be tough. A younger more tech, hip group could be a win, but an older more conservative group expect a fail. Am typically an early adaptor and get asked to demo new tools often and this one even made me struggle for the few days I played with it, just a lot going on at once was confusing to me, which was frustrating as as far as vision, its well thought concept and something that would be amazing. I would enjoy using possibly a little longer for myself but the pricing is aimed at enterprise level and its a bit prohibitive for individual users. Willing to place a bet Cloze get absorbed by Microsoft and we see some of these concepts in a future release of Office365, that is if I were a betting man.

Just beginning to experience this app. I am pleased, as I continue to explore the features.

awesome app! Cleaver design.

First off Id like to say I love what theyre trying to accomplish with this app. The concept is great for solopreneurs, freelancers and the like. However, the app is too slow to use. The developer should also program a way to filter out newsletters in the inbox and other messages that are not from people. The social tab is also just your Twitter feed and it shows tweets from random people you follow. I think Cloze has everything it needs to be a top 5 app for hustlers. Its not quite there yet, but has massive potential. 3 stars for now but Ill be keeping my eyes open for future updates.

I love how this app puts all contacts together. I only have Facebook and Google connected, since I use google calendar, I have what I need all in one app. Trying to get my phone added but I need to contact my company for info..... Then it will be perfect. I had to call a friend about it as she has a home business and really can use this app....

Most relationship management systems "say" they integrate and are seamless. Cloze actually is. Plus there are continual upgrades to the system. Love it!

Great app. Giving it a second go around. It has amazing potential for linking your business relationships and contacts into one place. Great daily reminders via email of what is coming up. It does need more integrations like OneNote and other social media platforms. Overall worth it especially for where it can go with further development.

Once you learn how to use it, it can become the assistant you have always wanted!

If youre in the business of networking then this app is a gem. Great interface and allows discovery of linkages that you may not even know.

I love this interface and concept and am excited to start using it, but it forces me to connect to other accounts and pull contacts from other places. If I could use this as my sole CRM in which I can freely add clients separately from the rest of my accounts, this would be an A+ app!

Follow up was not my friend. Close has made it a much less painful process for me. Im starting to enjoy reconnecting with people and staying in touch.
